Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections, aromas of white flowers are accompanied by citrus notes and white pulp fruit, on the palate it is balanced and harmonious with a delicate acidity and a fresh and savory finish.

Service temperature: 8/10 °C

Longevity of the wine: 2/3 years

To be combined with: Fish tartare, seafood and shellfish-based first courses, fish or vegetable couscous, white meats.

 

To better appreciate its organoleptic characteristics, it is advisable to drink the wine at a temperature that is not too low, as the cold risks hiding the already delicate aromas that this wine is able to offer.
