Fresh and fruity with notes of almond, olive leaf, artichoke, green tomato and a slight nuance of aromatic herbs such as rosemary, strong and clean on the palate, with notes that retrace the olfactory nuances.
The cold extraction of this product, at a temperature below 27 °C, allows to keep all the organoleptic characteristics of the freshly picked fruit unaltered, as well as its nutritional properties.
The result is an extra virgin olive oil with intense aromas and a strong but delicate flavor at the same time, characteristics that make it a versatile product able to best enhance the characteristics of different types of dishes, both hot and cold.
